- Sourcing of New Accounts
- Sourcing of the potential agri and MSME customers from the branch network assigned and mapped
- Referral based activity by engaging with the existing and new customer base
- Achievement of allocated sourcing budget in terms of numbers & value
- Comply with the regulatory requirements for classifying the customer as per the guidelines
- Customer On boarding:
- Timely onboarding of new customers to bank by ensuring the defined turnaround time
- Activating transactions in the account and service the customer on a regular basis
