Study and understand the different Applications that the company uses internally and externally on a daily basis, such as Busisoft (Xpresion, Tally, Computex,Customs EDI, Airlines portals, Suppliers portals, etc. The most common important skills required by employers are Collaboration, Compliance, Information Technology, Documentation, Customer Service, Technical and Computer Science. Ensure system availability to critical shipping environments through incident and problem Closely work with the team and provide a quick fix or troubleshooting when it is required to minimize any downtime requirements Maintain technical documentation for the knowledge base of supported applications Provide advice, both proactively and reactively, to those engaged in activities where their technical specialism(s) are applicable Provide or assist with required training to the team that handles the application internally Develop and maintain quality standards and policies relating to the rollout and usage of all applications.
Education & Experience: Graduate Postgraduate Professional qualification in Computer Science IT At least 3 years of professional experience in Software Application-handling or a minimum of 3 years of experience in production support, supporting the successful selection, implementation and adoption of business applications across an enterprise Experience and knowledge of software application for logistics operations in international Freight Forwarding/Express Courier Many IT jobs require that you have an associate or bachelor’s degree. You can attain a degree in various fields to qualify for IT roles, such as information technology, computer science, or computer engineering.
