Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer complaints and queries via email Outcall customers to provide resolution Coordinate with other departments – especially Airport, call centre, and finance to resolve customer complaints and queries and provide resolution to customers others. Ensure incoming cargo is properly segregated and delivered to consignee and ensure proper messages are send of discrepancy if any.
Preferred skill: Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
