Job Qualification: The Candidates need to be eligible to appear before the court as an Advocate with a minimum experience of 7 years as a Practicing Advocate, in criminal matters to apply for the Job. Having adequate experience in handling trials relating to Direct Taxes is desirable.
Selection Process: The Candidates will be selected after the Interaction conducted by the five-member Screening Committee headed by a Pr. CIT Pr. DIT shall be formed by the CCIT for the purpose of evaluation of proposals received.
